- PAYPAL REGISTRATION SUSPENDED
- Due to convention logistical concerns, Registration by Paypal is no longer available. However, the price will not change between now and the door. See you all there.
- PROGRAMMING GRIDS NOW AVAILABLE
- The preliminary schedule of panels is now available for viewing on the PANELS Page. The times of the major evening events and Kaffeklatches are viewable on these grids. The Kaffeklatche schedule has also been posted seperately on the Kaffeklatche Page. Likewise, the Anime Programming Schedule has been posted on the Anime Room Page
- UPDATE ON JACK CHALKER
- Note from Jack Chalker, for those of you who heard about his collapse and have worried -- "The way things are going so far, I should be able to be there. I'm home, slowly getting back into things, and I plan to be at World Fantasy before Loscon so as of now it looks good. It was a heart attack, and, like Harlan's a few years ago, having it turned up a prior previously unknown one. Oddly, right now (and in spite of having to take about 16 pills a day!) I feel much better than I have in years, since the stints and associated surgery opened my blood flow again. I should be there, if nothing else happens! jlc"
- CHILDREN'S PROGRAMMING ROOM CHANGE
- Attention all parents!! The location of Children's Programming this year has been moved. Suites #334 - #336 in the hotel have now been reserved for this department's activities.
- LIST UPDATES
- The latest Membership List has been posted (11/11), as well as an updated and fairly complete Guest/Program Participant List (even with biographies, check it out).
- PROGRESS REPORT
- The Second Progress Report should have arrived for all of you by now and the Third should soon be finished and arriving shortly. These Reports are also viewable on-line with Progress Report 1 viewable HERE as a PDF file, and Progress Report 2 viewable HERE as a flash paper page. A simple way to verify your membership is to check the mailing label on the front of your Progress Report. A-Attending, P-Attending PassOn, K-Kid, G-Guest. If there is no letter, then you have only received a complimentary copy and might want to check the recently updated on-line Membership List HERE to confirm whether or not you have paid for your membership yet.
- MEMBERSHIP RATE INCREASE
- Membership rates have now increased to $45/Adult (as of November 1st). This is the final at-door price, buy your membership now to avoid hassles at the door.
- MESSAGE BOARD PROBLEMS
- Yes, the webmaster knows about the problems with the Message Board. It has been disabled and unfortunately the previous posts may be lost during the repair process. We apologize for the inconveniences it has caused.
- ARTIST and DEALER INFORMATION
- Both the art show and the dealer's room are now full to overflowing. Visit the relevant pages to view lists of the participants.
