Dan Erickson helps develop spacecraft software at the Jet Propulsion Laboratory (JPL) in Pasadena.   In his 32 years at JPL, Dan has worked on Mariner '71, Viking, Voyager, Galileo, DS1, and MER.   Since he discovered Tom Swift Junior, Dan has been an avid reader of science fiction and the occasional fantasy.   He enjoys a weekly D&D game that has lasted over 20 years, long discussions on how to save the world, and just hangin' with his wife Vicky.
