When I attended my first Loscon it was just a small gathering of friends. Now it's a big gathering of friends and soon-to-be friends. Our aim is to keep that feeling of friendship and familiarity as the cornerstone of the con.
A big part of what's made Loscon grow is our ability to listen to the suggestions and, occasionally, complaints of the fans who attend. That feedback is valuable to us. We intend to keep Loscon going and growing as long as people will attend. It behooves us not to repeat our past mistakes and inefficiencies. If you have comments, suggestions, or complaints, don't hesitate to call them to my attention or the attention of any committee member. We won't be hard to find.
We hope you will come and have a good time at Loscon 25. That's what the con is all about. If you relax, participate, and enjoy yourself and the other fans around you, Loscon will continue to be a success. We hope to see you there.
